The AOANJRR has released its Annual Report for 2022 documenting the outcomes of 1,853,452 primary and revision procedures (796,686 hips, 980,419 knees and 76,347 shoulders).
This is the 23rd Annual Report on the AOANJRR's core activity of routine collection, analysis, and up-to-date reporting of current practice and results. Historically, this information has changed practice and improved outcomes not only in Australia but also internationally. Accompanying the annual report are 15 supplementary reports on arthroplasty topics, as well as detailed analyses of all prostheses identified as having a higher than anticipated rate of revision.
